1 Acceptance of Terms

kn77a Casino accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

11 Account Termination

kn77a Casino reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus amounts subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting kn77a Casino support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or any other aspect of the kn77a Casino Platform, you must first contact kn77a Casino support in writing, providing full details of the dispute. kn77a Casino will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms
